John took the day off from work so that we could get packed up for our Labor Day weekend travels to Virginia to see his family. We decided to start our morning with a BOOM with a little (or ALOT) of...

at the YMCA! What a fun, distracting way to burn some calories and tone up a bit. John truly enjoyed himself and looks forward to more Body Pump classes in the future!
